The new Aprilia RSV4 2021-2023 are clearly a point of reference in their category. The racing version of these bikes finds the perfect combination with the SC1-R exhaust system, the top of the range SC Project products in terms of performance and technical solutions.
 
The SC1-R silencer, developed through a long-term collaboration between the Aprilia Racing and SC-Project Racing Departments, is the maximum expression of performance, quality and high-tech solutions for the 1,100cc hypersports engines made in Noale. Thanks to the presence of an exclusive KATS developed by SC-Project for MotoGP and WSBK exhaust systems, this product fully complies with the Euro 5 standard.
 
Despite the strict requirements of the Euro 5 standard, this technical masterpiece enables a significant increase in torque (+1.4 Nm @7,500 rpm) and a consistent increase in performance (+1.8 hp @13,000 rpm), the benefits are distributed but over the entire power range from 5,000 to 13,000 rpm. A significant weight saving of -20% (compared to the standard exhaust) sets an absolute technical benchmark for the exhaust systems approved for these V4 engines. The end result of this exhaust is not only the sound but also a real and lively tune for Aprilia lovers and owners.
 
The hydroformed outlet and the carbon fiber end cap with a diamond and asymmetric shape make the SC1-R muffler aggressive and sporty. For this model, the very light outer material is available in titanium. The welds made with T.I.G. technology in a protected environment, the sound-absorbing material resistant to very high temperatures and the bushings made from billet CNC machined embellish this product. The outlet valve system is compatible with the original control unit and wiring, allowing for plug and play installation. Remapping of the ECU is not required. The kit includes a custom carbon fiber heat shield.
