It is a complete system made from high quality, lightweight titanium and finished with a carbon end cap. The manifolds have been optimized to increase performance. This track-oriented exhaust system focuses on reducing weight and increasing performance, combined with a racing sound. The use of race-proven materials results in a weight reduction of 52.6% (4.7 kg) compared to the stock system. Compared to a Honda CBR600RR with standard exhaust system tested on the Akrapovič test bench, the increase in power and torque is 5.2 kW (7.1 hp) at 14,000 rpm and 2.7 Nm at 6,000 rpm respectively, with the increase in power being noticeable in the mid and high rev range. During development, the engineers focused on the responsiveness and drivability of this system, which is designed for use on closed circuits only. For optimal performance, responsiveness and durability, an ECU remapping is required (otherwise the ECU warning light may come on).
